YES this is another #PSL recipe shamelessly on your feed but can you really be mad when it’s made with real pumpkin purée and rich coconut cream and somehow still low carb? You can thank us later. (Photo: @jennafreshandfit) Get the recipe below👇🏽 Ingredients: • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk • 1 tbsp organic pumpkin purée • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice • 1 tsp stevia powder • 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream • 1 oz hot espresso or strong brewed coffee Directions: 1. Combine coconut milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice and stevia in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Heat until steaming and whisk vigorously until frothy. 2. Add coconut cream to a mixing bowl and use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat until fluffy. 3. Pour coconut mixture over coffee in a mug. Recipe: @jennafreshandfit Photo: @kylieperrotti Make It 👇🏽 Ingredients: • 2 cups coconut flour • 1 cup coconut oil • 2 pasture-raised eggs • 1/4 t sea salt • 10 strips pasture-raised bacon • 1/4 cup coconut sugar • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cook bacon until crisp in a skillet and crumble into small pieces. Place in a mixing bowl, then stir in coconut sugar and maple syrup. 3. In a separate bowl, mix coconut flour, coconut oil, eggs and sea salt. Mixture should be slightly crumbly. Pour onto baking sheet and press into an even layer. 4. Pour bacon mixture over dough and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Ingredients: • 10 oz ribeye (We used grass-fed @butcher_box 🥩) • 3 tbsp coconut aminos • 3 tbsp coconut oil • 1 tbsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1 tbsp honey • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 scallion, thinly sliced • Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Combine the coconut aminos, coconut oil, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and garlic inside a reusable ziploc bag. Place steak inside and seal bag. Shake to mix ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 2. Cook the steak sous vide to desired doneness (medium rare suggested). Sear to finish: Use either a grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat to caramelize the outside of the steak, about 2-3 minutes per side. Do not pour out entire contents of the bag. Instead, baste the steak with spoonfuls at a time while searing. 3. Garnish with scallions and season with salt and pepper. Allow steak to rest before digging in.
